Chat support is a feature that will allow you to reach us directly through the website for LIVE assistance for any questions or concerns you may have. This will allow you the opportunity to receive clear and efficient responses, and will allow our team to actively guide you to a resolution. Our team is available for support from Monday-Friday from 9:30am-6pm PST.
Chat support can be reached by accessing the account controls in the top right corner of the screen and selecting Help Center.
This will then open our Help Center for all users. Once in this page, you will see a Chat icon in the lower left corner of the screen. Click on this icon and select your user type to start a live chat with a member from our Global Support Team.
Once the bubble is selected you will receive a few options. Make sure to select the appropriate account to be redirected to the correct support department:
Once the correct department is selected please allow a few minutes for a team member to reach out, as these messages are answered in order of request. A LIVE support member will reach out to assist you as quickly as possible. However, if you have in depth or multi-step questions, we encourage you to email us at support@castingnetworks.com.
