What is Chat Support?
Chat support is a feature that will allow you to reach us directly through the website for LIVE assistance on any questions or concerns you may have. This will allow you the opportunity to receive clear and efficient responses, and will allow our team to actively guide you to a resolution.

Once the bubble is selected you will receive a few options. Make sure to select TALENT ACCOUNT to be redirected to the correct support department:
Once the correct department is selected you will be given a few options to narrow down your question. Make the selection that best matches your request:
After the best selection has been made you will be asked to answer a few questions which will help the support member find your account. Please respond with the name and email address listed on the account:
