The Casting Networks mobile app is great for actors on the go. One of its main functions is to let actors respond to media and question requests, as well as audition requests.
Upon your initial login to the Casting Networks app or returning to the app, you will be able to visit the Alerts section. Here, you can effortlessly browse through and manage requests from casting professionals. These requests may include self-tape, media submissions, queries from casting, as well as audition or callback invitations. If you have any pending or unread requests, you will notice a numerical indicator displayed at the bottom of the screen, specifically on the Alerts icon.
Questions Alerts
Casting may contact you with a message to inquire about your availability or to request additional information before proceeding with their decision.
Please be aware that once your request is submitted, you can no longer edit your response.
Media Request
Casting may send you a Media Request for self-tapes, photos, audio recordings, or documents to facilitate the casting process. Please thoroughly review the Media Request details, as it may include specific instructions that need to be followed.
- When uploading your media, you have the option to choose media from your ‘Media Bank’ or ‘Upload New’ media for your request.
- You can add a note before sending
- You can also decline your Media Request if you have not uploaded your media.
Please be aware that once your request is submitted, you can no longer edit your response.
Callback Request
Casting may request an in-person audition or arrange a Zoom audition as part of the casting process. For each of these audition types, you will receive comprehensive instructions. You'll have the option to confirm, reschedule, or decline the Audition Request. In the event that you opt to reschedule or decline, you will need to provide a note to casting explaining your reasons before submitting your response.
Please be aware that once you have made your selection, it cannot be altered. If you wish to change your response, please reach out to your representative for assistance.
