1.1 - Account Navigation Menu:
- If the company has multiple divisions in which a representative/user has access, this is where the user is able to switch divisions
- Additionally, this is where the user can find their Account Settings, and access to our Help Center

Account Settings: Within Account Settings the user will find;
- Account Details: The specific user's account information

Notification Settings: This is where the user can establish what kind of notifications they wish to receive via email.

- Communication from casting directors about projects

Administrative (only users with Admin permissions can change the below settings. Gating Media and Profile Management affect the entire organization, and are not specific to the user.

Gate Media Requests (Media Only)
- When selected, talent responses to forwarded Media Requests must be reviewed by someone in your organization.
- If the Request is a Question request, the representative will need to copy and paste the response back to casting. Please be advised, this is the workflow for a Question Request regardless of Media Gating being on or off.

Profile Management
- Lock Age Range; When selected, talent will not have the ability to view or update the age range on their repped profile.
