NEW - Sorting your Projects List Page
When you first log in to Casting Networks you are met with your Projects List page - This is a list of all current and former projects that you have created and worked on. There is now a new way of sorting and organizing this page!
FILTERS
At the top of the page you will see a Filters Feature that will allow you to filter by Project Type, Project Status and Series. You will also have the option to search for specific projects by any part of the project name in the search bar.
Please Note: to view archived projects, you will need to apply the project Status "ARCHIVED" to view.
SORTING COLUMNS
You now also have the option to sort each category title by simply clicking on it. The project list default will always be by Most recently modified at the top. You can click on each category title (Name, Type, Series, Project Creation, and Last Modified) to navigate between the sorting options. For the categories Name, Type, and Series, clicking on each title the first time will organize that category A-Z, clicking a second time will organize that category Z-A, and finally clicking the third time will bring the category back to the default of the last edited project at the top. For the categories Project Creation and Last Modified, clicking on each title the first time will organize that category oldest-newest, clicking a second time will organize that category newest-oldest, and finally clicking the third time will bring the category back to the default of last edited project at the top.
GROUPING
Lastly, you now have the option to drag and drop categories (Series, Type, and Status) to the top and sort your projects by one category at a time. For example, if you drag and drop "Type" to where it says "Drag here to set row groups", you will see that your project list will organize your projects (In a drop-down menu format) by the type of project you set the project to (Commercial, Documentary, Feature Film, etc.)
You can also drag and drop the category Status to the top to organize your projects to customize your workflow! Below you will see an example of the Status category as they will appear on your end:
SERIES
If you are casting a Television Series or Web series, you can make the Series column visible by selecting the box next to "Series Coulmn".
