TALENT: Email Notifications via Saved Searches

Casting Networks has improved it’s email notification system! Talent can now adjust their email notifications through the saved searches feature in Casting Billboard. You are able to filter emails by union status, pay, role type, and more… To adjust your notification settings follow these steps. 

1. Login to your account.
2. Select, “Casting Billboard” from the top of your screen or from the menu in the upper right corner of your mobile device.
3. Here you will see all of the filters available. 

4. Set all filters to reflect the kind of roles you wish to search for/receive emails about. 

5. Click, “Filter” to apply filters. If filters are not applied, you will not be able to save them.

6. Once you have applied filters click, “Save This Search.” 

7. After you click, “Save This Search” you will see a new menu. Here you can name your search and select how often you would like to receive email notifications about roles that fit this criteria. Click Save when you are finished. 

This new feature should clear up some confusion and give you faster access to roles you are interested in. Happy submitting!
