What is FastCapture Live?
FastCapture Live is a streamlined tool for online auditions. Here are the key features:
No Extra Software: Talent does not need to download any new applications or navigate to external websites. The entire audition process is handled within their Casting Networks account.
Easy Scheduling: Casting directors will send audition requests directly to your talent, who can then join the virtual audition through that request.
Simple Interface: The system is user-friendly. Talent will enter a virtual waiting room and be admitted by the casting director when it is their turn.
How Does My Talent Access Their Audition?
Your talent will follow these steps to join their FastCapture Live session:
They will receive an audition request from the casting director, which will appear in the Your Alerts section of their Casting Networks account.
Inside the request, they will find and click the link to Launch Session.
A new screen will allow them to confirm their display name and select their preferred camera and microphone sources.
After clicking Join, they will be placed in the virtual waiting room until the casting director admits them.

No. Each of your talent will receive their own unique FastCapture Live link for their audition. This link is only accessible from within the "Your Alerts" section of the talent's personal Casting Networks account. You will not be able to access this link on their behalf. Please ensure your clients are aware that they must log in to their own accounts to start their audition.
