TALENT REPRESENTATIVE: Why do I have to choose a 'Primary Working Location'?

Edited

This article explains why a Primary Working Location is necessary for talent profiles and provides instructions on how to edit this location for the talent on your roster.

Why is a Primary Working Location required?

When creating a new account, your talent needs to select one Primary Working Location. If you are creating a profile on behalf of a talent, you will need to make this selection for them. Since talent profiles require a working location to submit to roles, the profile will default to the location selected during creation. However, both you and your talent can edit the working location on the profile at any time.

How do I edit a Primary Working Location?

To edit a primary working location on a talent profile, follow these steps:

  1. On your talent roster, select the Edit Profile button located under the talent's default photo.

  2. On the talent’s profile page, select the Edit button to the right of "Primary Working Location."

"Primary Working Location" section displaying "Sydney," with a red arrow pointing to and a red box outlining the "Edit" link.
