Project Union Status vs. Role Union Status
It is common to have a mix of needs on a single production. Here is how the platform handles union status hierarchy:
A project can only be listed with one union (e.g., the main project is SAG-AFTRA).
However, individual background roles within that SAG-AFTRA project can be listed as Union, Union / Non-Union, or Non-Union.
Step-by-Step Instructions
When creating your project, list your project as SAG-AFTRA.
Include the specific contract type if possible.
Proceed to the role creation step.
When adding a Background role, look for the union status option.
Select whether to list that individual role as SAG-AFTRA or Non-Union.
