CASTING DIRECTORS: How do I create a Reps List from a filtered search?
This article explains how Casting Directors can use the "Save This List" feature to create reusable lists of agents and managers. There is a menu item on the 'release to reps' section that allows you to save the results of a search in the left pane. This feature is designed to save you time when releasing roles. Rather than doing the same search repeatedly, you can save the results once and use that list for future roles on the same project or for entirely new projects.
How do I create a saved list?
To save time on future releases, you can turn your filtered searches into a saved list by following these steps:
Start by performing a typical reps filter search in the left pane. You can filter by specific criteria, such as:
Area: Specific locations like Los Angeles.
Name: Enter the name of a specific company.
Type: Select agents only, or agents and managers.
Coverage: Select if the reps cover Adults, Children, or both.
Category: Select talent categories such as Commercial, Theatrical, or Voice-Over.
Click Search at the bottom of the filter in the left pane to populate the results in the middle pane.
Move the desired reps to the rightmost pane by either clicking Add All or clicking the individual + signs next to specific rep names.
Once the rightmost pane is populated with the list of reps you want to send to, click on the triple dot (vertical ellipsis) ⋮ menu.
Select Save This List.
Give your list a name to complete the process.

How do I access my saved lists?
Once you have created a list, you can easily use it again for future projects:
Navigate to the My Lists tab located in the middle pane of the reps search filter.
Locate the list you named previously.
Click on the + sign next to the list name.
This will automatically populate the rightmost panel with all the reps included in that saved list.
