CASTING DIRECTORS: How do I message Talent Representatives?

This article explains how to send and reply to messages with Talent Representatives directly through the Scheduler or Worksheet to streamline communication regarding auditions and booking details.


How do I send a message via the scheduler?

  1. Go to the Schedules tab on your project.

  2. Choose a schedule.

  3. Select the chat icon to the right of a talent's information.

  1. Enter your message and press Send when ready to send to the talent's representative.

    • Note: There is a 500 character limit.

Replying to a chat

  1. When you receive a reply, there will be a number in red at the top of the chat icon.

  1. Click on the chat icon to reply to the talent representative.

How do I send a message via the worksheet?

  1. Go to the Worksheet tab on your project.

  2. Go to the talent you want to send a message for.

  3. Select the blue chat bubble icon.

  1. Enter in your message and press Send.

How do I manage Message Notification Settings?

You can choose to be notified via email when Representatives send new messages within a project. To update your notification preferences:

  1. Navigate to Settings Account Settings Notification Settings.

  2. Select the option to opt into email notifications.
